Maggie Valley's Subdivision, The Knolls, Has Great Views and Is Close to Ghost Town.

Maggie Valley has several subdivisions full of nice homes with great views, and I drove through one of them yesterday afternoon - - The Knolls off of Evanscove Road - - with my video in hand. The Knolls is a nice, quiet subdivision, with great views and very easy access, and there are quite a few homes and lots for sale at the present time.

Ghost Town in the Sky and the office for the Town of Maggie Valley are seconds away. I noticed several ice cream shoppes in close proximity as well (just sayin').

Now I can say I've been to Maggie Valley!  Thanks for letting me ride along.  I just love that mountain scenery.  You'd make one heckuva tou guide!  ;)

Was great talking with you this morning!

My aunt used to have a house at Maggie and we went there at least once a year for 20 years.  Unfortunately, we had to sell it awhile back.  Her husband and his father were horse people (before Maggie days).  The gal from Saratoga's bought some of their horse things to decorate the restaurant, and a few years ago we went by there and they were still there.

My daughter does some free-lance writing for a horse magazine and was looking for some equestrian subdivisions.  Do you know of any around Maggie?

Susie, Neat video. Cool transitions. I hope that you are using royalty free music. Bit long though. 90 - 120 sec max. But then, this is my 2 cents worth...

WOW, AM I impressed or what? Darn girl this is awesome and it incorporated a narrated tour, fantastic transitions and fun music. Maybe you ought to be doing this for others and making your fortune in production. Just awesome. Naturally, I saw the word horsealicious. I used the photolicious on my new post and thought I had made up the word. You are amazing! You are leaving me in the dust.
