Seems we're all fighting a losing battle. Real estate values are down, debt is up and the banks are holding on to their money tighter and tighter each day. What are we as agents to do with that? We have sellers who NEED to sell their homes and buyers who can't get a loan to buy those homes. I'll tell you what we need to do since we're obviously not as busy right now as we once were.........we need to write our senators and congressmen! Make sure that your senators and congressmen hear your voices and know your concerns. Make sure they are working for you and not against you. We put them there, they must hear our voices and take action. Too many people brush it off saying one person cannot change things. Yes YOU can. Tell your stories, lift your voices to them and be heard. It's time we take our country back and make our politicians do the job they were elected to do which is represent what WE the people want!!
