Using a free online video hosting service can quickly generate high rankings in search engines such as Google, MSN, and Yahoo! Having a high page rank means that web searchers are more likely to find your wesite, product, or service first - usually resulting in more traffic to your listing.

The Specindex new home marketplace automatically submits your free, and "featured" ads to Google via our automated system. This means that your community and real estate listings can be found within the web's premier search engine in a matter of days - not weeks or months. All of this is automated for convience, just do your part - and the rest is done for you.

You can learn how to set up your free New Home Marketing 2.0 account at the Specindex by watching this short video demonstration: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=deHdrf34na8

Lance,

Good post.  What kind of results have you seen from the ideas above?  Are Realtors open to trying this new technology?

Interesting idea.  Are you so sure though that having a free online video hosting service can quickly generate high rankings in search engines?  The Search engins will just read the link not everything that is the other side.

An Internet presence is a must in this day & age.  People can search at anytime to narrow down what they want - this tends to be in the evening and late night when no one can answer their questions.  Video can really make a great impression to get that phone call from the potential buyer.  Great post.

If you are a home buyer searching the internet for new home information, would you rather read text about a home listing, or view a video slideshow with pictures and sound?

Go to Google and type this into the search field: new homes in atascocita texas

Any videos come up in the results on the first page?

Do you know of any resources that help the home buyer find buyer's agents who work with new home builders... especially in light of the fact that buyer's reps aren't fully able to list builder's homes.
