You've got a great IDX for bloggers - it's so easy to create custom links for posts - I've been very happy with IDX Broker.

Looks and sounds very interesting. Our board of Realtors hasn't opened up an IDX feed yet but I have a strong feeling it is in the works.

Great point and based on the current housing market that might be something they would be open to adopting in 2010.
