Price Changes, Worthington homes for sale NOW priced even better... well except the one that the price went up ... but that one was reported 117,900 to $649,900.

Price range now is $109,900 to  $624,900 Worthington homes for sale with new prices are in these neighborhoods:

• Colonial Hills x 3 (1 went up in price... not a big increase)
• Kilbourne Village
• Medick Estates
• Northigh Acres
• Olentangy Hills
• Plesanton

Worthington homes that went "In Contract" second week of July list price range is $159,900 to $357,500 in these neighborhoods:

Worthingon homes sales -  closed the second week of July 2009:
List Price Range $199,900 to $525,000
Sale price range is $198,900 to $505,000

A home that closed the first week of July was reported as well, a bank owned property in Worthington Estates East, it was a steal at $120,000.

I tried waiting until later in the week because the Friday closings would not be in on Sunday night or Monday morning when I was trying to do these.   I may adjust to a calendar week Sunday to Saturday but wait for mid week in hopes that most of the sales and "in contracts" are reported.
