A while ago, I did a blog on the new mascot for Active Rain, and I officially named him BLOGGIE!  Well, Bloggie met with mixed emotions....so, I gave some thought to quitting the Mortgage Business and going to Mascot School myself, and...as of now, STILL have not decided on that career path yet!  Read to the end of the blog for the ACTUAL new Mascot of Active Rain! (not approved by anyone at AR btw!)LOL Please note:   CLICK on any pictures below if you have speakers and need a laugh!

Wanda Kubat-Nerdin thought he was cute!

Cindy Jones thought squirrels, not hamsters kept Active Rain running!

Eric Reid suggested that I roll out a big wheel! 

Kristin Moran really LIKED Bloggie!

Donna Harris thought he was scary looking Hamster.

Sherry Scales thought AR deserved something better!

Karen Monsour thought Kelan was in charge and the future of AR! (tell me the relevance on that one??)

Russ Ravary thought AR was powered by squirrels too, and thinks a contest is in the air!

Brian Burke thought Bloggie was cute, but he had been sniffing paint fumes all day! (painting his office)

Richard Iarossi wanted to know if Bloggie was potty trained or not?

George Paukert wants to see BOB or BRAD in the suit!

Sally & David Hanson are busy running the the treadmill we call Real-Estate!

Now, let's get back to our Hero...

We find our Hero Bloggie, returing to his homeworld, plagued by the Evil HVCC, and stuck in the middle of an epic battle between the Realtors & the Lenders.  Our Hero, faced with the challenge of changing his appearance, (due to multiple contacts with appraisers and exerting "undue influence" on them...) has enlisted his Jedi Master for aid! 

Bloggie Wan-Kenobi

"My young paduan..you must UNLEARN what you have learned!"  Forget about closing your deals in 30 days or less...no, we must close our deals in 60 days or less, wait, make that 90 days!

We must slay appraised values, cut commissions, blame each other, and work for free!

We must hold noone responsible!

Wait, that is a Jedi mind trick right?? 

Having learned all he could from his Master, our young hero Bloggie has decided to "drift" to the dark side, and now learn the fraudulant tricks...from a master of deception and deflection...No, not Emporer Palpatine..

but Count Spookoo   and..Darth Frank....   his trusty side-kick. Together, they have unleashed the power of the darkside on all of us!..Because Darth Sidious Frank wants world domination...he has the Death Star on its way, aka:  The Mortgage Disclosure Improvement Act!  All part of HERA!   Pretty soon our young hero bloggie will no longer be RUNNING THE SEARCH ENGINE WHEELS at Active Rain...nope...he will be getting unemployment ,a loan modification,and two part time jobs like the rest of us!  At this point, our Hero is confused....he could committ fraud and make lots of money, but then, in the end get caught, and go to jail, or he could embrace the power of the FORCE and be honest, trustworthy and vigilent all the way to the poor house!  Do you see his dilemma??  Way to go Evil Empire!  That's the way to get our economy BACK ON IT'S feet!  Yeahh...unemployment!  :(

In the end, what does our hero do??????????????????????? 

Our Jedi Bloggie has completely transformed into an AMBASSADOR of the Industry!

Soon to be seen on Larry King, live with Regis & Kelly, and at a MALL near you!


Our young HERO Bloggie has accepted his role as Ambassador to the Social Networking Nation, and as Mascot of Active Rain!

He promises to keep a postive flow of information streaming into our Network, and increase our GOOGLE JUICE whenever possible!

IF BLOGGIE CAN DISPEL THE FORCES OF EVIL, YOU CAN TOO!
