Before & Afters...Owners Transferred, We Had The Run Of The House!

By
Mortgage and Lending with Liberty Bank of Arkansas

These homeowners have already been transferred and the Realtor called in Ready, Set, Stage! to stage this home using what the homeowners left behind. Except for the dining room, Ready, Set, Stage! leased a five piece dining set back to the homeowners to update this area.  We also recommended that the kitchen/family room be repainted. We used Sherwin Williams Macadamia (I love this color, I have it in my own home)  that added so much warmeth to this huge area. The out of state homeowners and Realtor were thrilled with the end result.

Your input and staging made this home beautiful, just gorgeous Donna! I love the new dining set and the new wall color is a winner!  It will not be on the market long!  Great work once again!

The perfect clients don't live in the house anymore.  You can do what you want within the budget.

Great job.

Fabulous job Donna - and your after photos make such a HUGE difference to the way this house will be perceived by buyers online. I like Macadamia too. Great choice!

The Macadamia colour makes a huge difference. The eating area of the kitchen looks amazing in the after. Good job Donna!

Cathy,  Thanks, I put this in my newsletter yesterday and have already received 2 emails about it. Hope we will have a quick sell.

Michele, I love those chairs too...so much so that I purchased another set (except in brown) I have also used them as accent chairs.

Virgina, Thanks, It was fun have the run of this home. I didn't have to ask anyone if it was ok to use something. The homeowner had already told me to use and do whatever I wanted.

Shayla, Thanks, This was one of the first areas I went to work on!

Tessa, Thanks, the feedback from Realtors have been great!

Janice, Thank you, This color is one of my go to colors. It's worked great every time I've used it!

Kathy, Thank you, this job was really fun to do, and thanks for the feature!

Donna, I agree!  The staging is superb and LOVE the paint color.  Thanks for sharing.  One question:  do you hire the painter and bill the client or let them sub out the work?

Holly, Thank you! In this case the Realtor took care of hiring the paint contractor for the homeowners (since they are out of state). She had someone she works with, I recommended the paint color. I do have a painting contractor that I work with. When I use him I let him deal directly with the homeowners. Others may do this differently but I have found it works out ok for me.

Wow!  This house looks like a winner now.  I love getting favorite staging colors from others, so I've noted Sherwin-Williams, Macadamia and will not hesitate to use it.  It looks fantastic in the breakfast area, what a difference.

Hi Donna,  Another wonderful staging by you!  Before this house looked very dated.  Now it looks classically elegant.  Don't you love it when you have free reign!
