What is an HRC?

As a Home Retention Consultant I am trained and employed to speak with  folks who have fallen behind in their mortgage payments. My primary goal is to help them keep their home.

It is a very private meeting with myself and the homeowner. We go over your financials, discuss your options and help to put you  back in touch with the lender. The last thing the lender wants is your home. They WILL take it if you do nothing.

This recession has affected all levels of our economy and social structure. I have helped folks in $50,000 homes and $1.9M homes. You are not alone and please don't beat yourself up mentally. This problem is bigger then all of us.
