Since "ton" is a measurement of weight...then it must take up an awful lot of polutents go get that kind of weight out of the air...what is the comparison to oil polutents?

"Who Moves You?"

Just so Chuck and any others who may read this post know, the group sponsoring this event is not against the production of Ethanol. We are against it being produced in a refinery that if given the go ahead by officials will locate within an area that has five schools within 1/2 a mile and next to residential neighborhoods. This type of industry is not healthy when located within a city and belongs far from populated areas.

Coupled with that, Ethanol production involves the fermentation of corn which emits a very foul smell over a large area. We don't want our cottage country city on the Bay to be stigmatized by the stench of rotting corn.
