Today the Fort Worth Star Telegrams Work & Money section headline proclaims what we have been experiencing already over the past few weeks: "Forecast of economic activity rises for 3rd straight month". The article goes on to say that " a government report shows that construction of U.S. homes in June rose to the highest level in seven months". What does this mean to the potential homebuyers who is sitting on the fence wondering what to do? Very simple it is TIME TO ACT!!!!
I previously spoke of "The Perfect Storm" to build your dream home. Each day that goes by gives us more and more evidence that we are in the midst of The Perfect Storm. We all know how hard it is for the media to report anything positive, lets face it the old saying is "if it bleeds it leads". So if we are getting this kind of positive news you know things must be getting better! Yes, we still have some things to work through but this is the time when real opportunity is there to set the path for a great future. The question is: WILL YOU BE ONE OF THOSE THAT ACTS???
