New Milford, CT Median Home Sales Prices - 2000 through 1H2009

Like most areas, New Milford, Connecticut home prices have been declining lately. This graph shows the median home sales prices in New Fairfield from the first half of 2000 (1H2000) through the first half of 2009 (1H2009).

As is indicated by the above graph, median home sales prices in New Fairfield are roughly back at those we saw just before 2003, and down from the highs we saw in 2005 - 2006.
