According to Business journals, we can see the Hi-tech intensed area ( no matter is Bio tech, High tech, or Computer tech) like San Jose, CA (Silicon Valley) , Austin, TX and Raleigh, NC (East Silicon Valley).   Based on the above figures, we can tell the housing market in these 3 cities are relatively holding their values during the slow housing market.

We can defintely tell the market is relatively strong and the market is doing pretty good compared other cities in the nation.  If you are interested to learn more about the real estate market in Triangle area like Cary, Raleigh, Apex, Morrisville, Durham, Chapel Hill, Clayton, Holly Springs, Willow Springs, Garner, Wake Forest and RTP area.  Please feel free to email me or call me for any of your real estate needs!
