If you were to leave this world today, how would you like to be remembered?

This was a recent coaching assignment for me.  GREAT QUESTIONS!!  I thought it would be interesting to share my answers and hear some of your thoughts!!

Headstone: Here lies Sue, and she was known for...

Her love of animals, family & real estate.

How would you like to be remembered by your friends/family?

Sue Nelson was a person who... Gave too much, Expected too much and took too little.  She was a pushover for those she loved.  She was compassionate, ambitious and dependable.  She was generous & faithful.

How would your kids describe you... Mom was...

Our mom was caring, committed, courageous, optimistic & fair.  She was forgiving and loyal and she loved us more than we sometimes felt she should.

If you asked your closest friend today, what they like the best about you & the least about you - what would they say...

The thing I like the best about Sue is her sense of humor and wit.  The thing I like the least about Sue is that she is impatient, neurotic & a perfectionist.

If you were to write an autobiography depicting all the wonderful things you have done in your life, would it be a sentence? a paragraph? a chapter or a whole book?

Today it would be a paragraph.  I will live my life from this day forward in an effort to at least fill a chapter and hopefully a book.

Interesting assignment and you did well Sue.  I'm not sure how I would answer.  Needs more thought.

That is a one tough fill out.  I would love to see how people of different personality traits would fill it out compared to what acquaintances would truly fill it out as.  It would be a good psych study!  I am sure some genius has done it somewhere.

Sue, I like the cut of your jib.

(I don't really know what this means but heard it in a movie , and it came to mind when reading your post!)

Have a great day!

That was the point, to get you thinking!  I found a couple definitions, but they are pretty broad explanations!  Take care!

Ok, so this is what I've been told...  It is a judge of your character, meaning you have "moxie" or "spunk".  Does that sound right?
