One Bed Condos For Sale near Central Square T - Condos in Cambridge MA - Cambridge MA real estate for sale

I've hand-selected these 12 one bed condos for their combination of value, features, and most importantly, their proximity to the Central Square MBTA train station.  If you're not familiar with the MBTA's Red Line, hopping on at the Central Square T stop gets you where you need to go very quickly, whether it's Boston, or Harvard, Porter and Davis Square.  Central Square has quickly become one of the most desired locations within the city of Cambridge due to it's large M.I.T. and Harvard student atmosphere combined with the amazing dining, shopping and housing that Central Sq. has to offer.  From fine Indian, Ethiopian, Irish-Fusion, New-American and Middle Eastern restaurants to dive bars bustling with underground music and DJ's, Central Square has a lot to offer everyone, regardless of your personal taste.  The area usually defined as Central Square can often extend into Cambridgeport, Mid-Cambridge, Riverside, Area IV, and Area II (M.I.T.).  Central Square is also very close to the fast-growing Kendall and Technology Squares, which are very big employers in the bio-tech industry - another reason we've seen some amazing new construction and conversions!  It's a pretty big area, but for the sake of this blog, I've defined walking distance as appox. 1/2 mile or less.  All of the below Cambridge condos for sale are within approx. 1/2 mile of the Central Square T station.

Looking for an upscale 1-br in Cambridgeport

I've been to an open house at 122 Hamilton Unit 1, and that place is amazing - and it is really close to the Central T.  It doesn't look like it on the map but it's like a 7 min walk, on a nice leafy street.  Plus you can walk to Comm Ave in the same amount of time so it's like getting two T stops on two lines (Red and Green) for the price of one.
