The Real Estate market in Clarkston has shown signs of improvement in certain price brackets. Like most area communities the market has greatly improved in the lower price range. Although these price brackets have also declined at record breaking percentages, at least the inventories in these price ranges have leveled off to the point we are now experiencing a seller's market in some price brackets.
