14 Comments on Wordless Wednesdays - A Shady Spot Along the River
Mike
I wish I were there right this minute with a pole in my hand and my feet in the water.
Mike,
I have been feeling a little burned out lately and this looks like a spot to unwind.
Mike, I could pack up my lunch and linger there for the rest of the day!
Mike - I'm ready to throw in a line and crack open a beer...
I'd say it's time to relax and throw a line or two in...take a nap...ahhh! Thank you for the quiet moment Mike...I needed that!
Trey - unfortunately, I did not have my gear with me at the time
Don - this is a really nice place for that
Cynthia - my wife and I spent a couple of hours there that day
Nevin - it was about 100 out, I certainly was ready for a beer
Wanda - glad to have been of service!
Ahhh, very nice! Is that a dam or a bridge in the background?
Debi
Nothing like it on a hot summer day Mike. I can feel the cool coming off this shot. Thanks for sharing
Debi - good catch, there is a small damn that is making the waterfall and a covered bridge just behind it.
Paddy - it definitely was nice in there. Thanks.
You know water has a tremendous medicinal value and yes I would like to be sitting there with a fishing pole also.
Man is it muggy today. I could use a jump in there today!!
Mike - but would you bait the hook?
Debra - I would rather be there than here when it is muggy, but yeah, cool water is nice in the summer.
Mike - This looks like the perfect place to while away a summer Sunday afternoon. Of course an open house is in my future not a day by the river...oh well. BTW is that a keeshound on your wallpaper?
Pam - hope you get some great leads from your open house!
