Great post! Yes, staging makes a huge difference in how a home shows and the resulting cash from doing so. You and I both know that a seller not having the money to stage the house, has no excuse for leaving the house cluttered, unkempt, dirty dishes, unmade beds, and generally nonchalant about the effort you are putting forth. They probably had no place to go even if it had sold. So bad.
