The City of Powell is in Delaware County, the homes in Worthingwoods a Columbus neighborhood, are in Franklin County (and are much more afford-ably priced than homes in Delaware County.) Cute little downtown Powell with all it's shops and restaurants will be very close to you if you move to the Worthingwoods neighborhood.

Worthington Schools
Have kids? Buy a home in the Worthingwoods neighborhood and you are in the Worthington School District. The school districts boundaries were in place long before the area which is northwest Columbus today was developed. The City of Columbus annexed the land which became the Worthingwoods subdivision in northern Franklin County but it remained in the Worthington City School District per usual.

Just west of the Wortingwoods subdivision is Summitview Woods and that neighborhood is in the Dublin School District.

The Worthingwoods neighborhood will have lower taxes than if you lived in the City of Worthington or the City of Powell, because it is in the City of Columbus. Lots of suburban areas in Central Ohio are physically and legally in the City of Columbus.
Look at homes right up the street... you'll be in Dublin Schools... I sold a house on Worthingwoods Blvd. a number of years ago... far west Worthingwoods Blvd and it was in the Summitview Woods neighborhood in the City of Columbus and in the Dublin City School District.
