I am organizing a group of Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Professionals as well as Local Business Owners to try to get 125 Real Estate transactions closed in four months. To fuel this project to success the team will divide the media and marketing costs of hosting four seminars to educate our friends and neighbors about the benefits of the eight thousand dollar tax credit, FHA guidelines for financing, Understanding and repairing credit and many other topics that I feel very few capable buyers are familiar with. In addition, my company Coastline Title will be rewarding the participants that successfully achieve 5 closed transactions a month for the four month challenge term with a $500 charitable donation to the local charity of their choice.
