Green Springs in Washington, Utah is contrary to what many consider Green Springs being located in St George Utah. For geographical correctness, Green Springs is located in the city of Washington; however it does in fact border the city of St George.
Green Springs subdivision is most known for the Green Springs Golf Course and the community that surrounds the course is one of the most sought after locations in the St George (and Washington) area. There is a wide array of homes for sale in Green Springs that will appeal to most every budget. In Green Springs subdivisions you will find homes with views that include every piece of what makes St George so perfect: 360 degree mountain landscape, blue skies, and the golf course (some property is actually on the course).
Another reason Green Springs in Washington Utah is so popular is the location. It is geographically desirable because of the central location within the areas of Washington and St. George. Easy access off Interstate 15 will provide a quick commute to just about anywhere you need to be. Located west of the popular "big box" stores which include Costco, Wal-Mart, Kohl's, Home Depot, furniture stores, craft stores, and our local Red Cliffs Mall in St George is not far. Many popular dining destinations are located nearby.

Do you like to golf? Green Springs Golf Course is one of the most popular courses to play in St George. Descriptions of the course show that Green Springs offers one hole that proves to be about the toughest in the State. Not interested in Golf? You're not alone; this community provides extremely diverse residents which include: golfers, non-golfers, retirees, and families (with and without children). You do not have to love golf to appreciate a large, well manicured green grass, especially grass you won't have to maintain! You're not interested in grass, ok fine. Just turn a bit to the north and enjoy the views of the red landscape and Pine Mountain.
