This was such a beautiful and moving performance that I had to post it on our blog.
I'm just short of words.
Beautiful. It's very rare that I am moved this deeply by a performance. this was the perfect combination of brilliant choreography, unbelievably accomplished dancers with fearless spirit, they right venue.
I've lost family members and friends to breast cancer that I would give anything for to still have them here.
I saw their faces flashing before me as I was watching this dance. This video just helps to make me feel connected with the loss that others feel to those that they have lost to breast cancer, and also the thankfullness for those that are still here who survived it.
THIS IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT PEOPLE DO NOT MOCK AND RIDICULE OUR FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS WHEN FUNDS ARE APPROPRIATED FOR THE ARTS EVEN IN A BAD ECONOMY.
This is life. This is what he humans are all about. You cannot "cut the funds" on life.
If you are not moved by this performance, than you simply do not have a pulse.
