Riverwood's David Null explains that they are able to cut their costs so deeply by eliminating waste and managing contractors better.

Because of the builders in this area who have had to work through this market and change their marketing plans to match the consumer's needs, our market is recovering very nicely and is expected to continue to climb in sales through the end of the year.
