Cache County Real Estate Update week of 7/17/09 - 7/23/09

This week there are 52 new active residential properties.  The week before we had 48 new listings. There were 24 cache county UT homes that went under contract, and 19 homes sold. There are a total of 856 homes in Cache County UT that are active, last week there were 849.
