As a Buyer's Agent, we do have the option to accept to help a client on their property search. Sometimes prospect buyers might seem confused about what they want, or too certain about their search criteria. Some are very loyal, others just seem to be loyal. Some clients start looking in a certain location, and end up in another completely different. Some might take only hours of your time, and others months... Some might buy several properties with you, and others never close a deal.
How do you define if you will work with a certain client? What is your criteria as the agent?

- Ability to pay
- Knowledge of what they can afford and find...
What are the basic questions you ask your client, in order to accept the job? How experienced are you in judging who is a good fit or not to be helped by you?
