1.  Take their phone calls or at least return their call the same day.

 2.  Review the contract & be sensitive to deadlines and special instructions.

 3.  The title company should stay in close contract with the lender to avoid delays.

4.  Immediately communicate if there are title problems that need resolution.

5.  Contact the agent with updates don't wait for the agent to contact title.

6.  Get to know the realtor & what's important to them.
