Hi Robert. You should visit my website. I have a real estate news tab there and I always post ONLY positive news! HAPPY is great! Life is too short.  Btw, my husband lived in Vegas in early 70s. I visited Vegas a couple times. That place is inbelievable. Very unique. Loved visiting all the new hotels there.

Ally - You are a Newbie at Activerain and if you look at my blog page right below Photography777 you will see all these groups. These are most of my groups and there are some really fun great groups with some wonderful members.

Please look them over and I have never deleted any ones posts to any of my groups, and there are some groups that will delete your post if it doesn't fit the group!

Robert, I'm just happy to begin with with a devilish of a sense of humor. I usually tell all of my clients in the first visit that they will laugh with me, but the laughter won't take away from the purpose of the relationship, and that's to complete a successful transaction and let me alleviate their stress.  Happy is good!

I'm happy that it is Friday. I'm happy that I've had a very successful year. I'm happy that I have made so many valuable connections on Active Rain. I'm happy that my family is healthy. And, I am happy that my new rescue dog, Charlie (a very strong Labrador Retriever), is FINALLY not pulling my arm out of the socket when we go for a walk!
