I am interested in a 100% home loan for an investment property. I have 2 other investors, and we all have credit scores of about 750, we can also show proof of income. We are looking for the best rate and lowest fees. We have made an offer on a property in Alameda county and will hear back by the end of this week so we will need to move fast.
