Most of the homes typically sell in the mid-$500,000 by Darling Homes and custom home builders could build in the million dollar range. The custom home builders who will participate in Newman Village Frisco are Balkman-Riordan, Peckham, Bob Bobbitt, Jim Johnson, Tim Jackson and Mark Smith Custom Homes.
Amenities of Newman Village Frisco includes a swimming pool and tennis courts for resident use. The on-site sales office also serve as an art gallery and an amphitheater to the outdoor courtyard. Arts is what Newman Village plans to differentiate itself in the Frisco Texas neighborhoods. There are plans to call for more sculptures and art galleries in the future. This project hopes to encourage buyers who truly appreciate arts and diversity in the community.
