Where is the Jacksonville, FL Home Buyer money???????????

By

We are now skimming the bottom of the barrell. Just about every down payment and closing cost assistance program in Jacksonville is out of money!

Jacksonville SHIP was the first to run out. That meant hundreds of Jacksonville, FL residents lost access to up to $14,999. Clay county SHIP was next followed by the nail in the coffin the H2H program.

Well not to despair! The "Bond" program (Florida Housing Finance Corporation) is still around with assistance for first time buyers of up to $10,000. The FLHOP program is still going strong also. Funds are very limited for these programs.

Thanks for the plug on our DPA Programs at FL Housing. I've been trying to contact Joy Huber at NEFAR to set up a class for our 3 hour CE course in which we discuss these programs. Maybe you can put in a plug for me.

Hello,

I am 26 year old female with 3 kids. I am currently in the buyong market of a house. I am going through the Jacksonville Housing Authority section 8 family self sufficient program, not sure if you are familiar with this program or not. I ahve not been pre-qualified yet. I went to BB&T about two weeks ago to see if I could get pre-qualified for a loan. I was not able to get pre-qualified, tha app was denied. I have also tried Ever Bank a few months back, the same thing. I have a few blimishes on my credit. Do you hanve any suggestions in this matter, would be greatly appreciated

Working with the FSSP program was one of my first transactions as a sales consultant. Please contact me directly so that I may obtain more infortmation on your particular situation.

What ever you do though please don't apply to any more lenders until you speak to me as this can further decrease your credit score.

I look forward to hearing from you 962-8404.
