When This House is Rocking Don't Bother Knocking (Come on in)
I was with some clients showing them some homes and one of the homes had some tenants renting it. On the MLS listing sheet it stated to call first to contact the tenants before showing, so I called and set up a time to show my clients.
When we got to the house there were cars parked everywhere, we could hardly find a place to park. We thought maybe the neighbors were having a party or something.
When we came up to the home there was this blaring Rock and Roll music playing, and it was loud!
I turned to my clients and asked them if they still wanted to go in, they said sure why not the home has great curb appeal besides all the loud music.
So I knocked on the door and rang the doorbell several times and nothing. When I spoke to the tenants they said they would be home, but they didn't mention a party.
We proceeded to walk around the back yard to find a swim pool fun of people swimming and a band playing some Rock and Roll music. I looked at my clients and asked then again if they wanted to view the home and they said sure.
We walked through the gate at the fence and a very attractive lady came up and asked if we were the ones looking at the home, you would think I had a huge Realtor sign in my hand or something!
My clients and I looked at the home and it was gorgeous, very beautiful with swim pool, hot tub and so much more. My clients were very impressed and wanted to make a offer on the home.
As we started to leave a couple other people came up to us and asked us if we would like a refreshment or some food, I said politely no thanks and my clients tapped me on the shoulder and said they were hungry and accepted the invite.
So we drank some refreshments, had some wonderful barbecued food and went on our way!
My clients offer was accepted and ..............
