Friday Foto - Waterfall... A View from a Different Perspective

By
Education & Training

In my lastest Not-So-Worldless post by the same title (Waterfall... A View from a Different Perspective), I posted a picture taken from an interesting view point.   I had many guesses but no one got the right answer.  Let the following photos show you what I meant by "different perspective".

Can you see a dinosaur?

If you look at the above photo, you could imagine seeing the shape of a dinosaur.

Now what is the object that I decided to have the camera peak through in order to get the image displayed above and in my latest Not-So-Wordless post?

Knock on wood!

A "hole" different perspective!!!

Shoshana,

The dinosaur just appeared out of nowhere but lucky for me he was the kind that would not harm a bee. :)

Marc,

Thank you.  As you noticed by now, the water fall was just a distraction to play this photo guessing game.  I hope you enjoyed it.  I am sure, you will have some more opportunities at guessing as I am sure I will come up with more photos from a different perspective.   :)

Very clever, Gerry!  The snapped branch is not nearly as ominous from the other side of the log!

Gerry,

I like what you did. I like taking pictures like this myself to gain a different perspective than what you normally see. :)

Gerry - Your wooden lens provides an intriguing view!  In fact the "lens" itself is very interesting.

Joan,

A 14 year previous career as an actuary (with an eye for detail) has probably something to do with it.  I am glad you found this interesting.

Steve,

Photos are always much more fun when they are not taken at eye level and from a perspective that people don't expect.  :)

Mary,

Then you will agree that the waterfall perspective of a little rabbit or a fox is beautiful.  :)

Vegas Bob,

I am sure you have tried several more experiences with different perspectives with a camera than I have.  Thank you for your positive feedback.

Michael,

Thank you for the nice comment.  I had fun having people take guesses at it.

I'm late to the game but I might probably have guessed because my marketing guru likes to take pictures like that. Here's one he took when we went out to eat with my mom a couple of months ago:
