I am sitting here asking myself "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" It is 3 am & I just finished writing an offer; have an response to another offer to come in tomorrow morning and need my SLEEP. But what am I doing? Reading pages and pages of AR blogs.
Why? Because it is not only so much fun but it is informative. Thanks to all who contribute because I learn so much from you. I guess I will give up and go to bed now.
