Virginia Oaks homes are always are a great find for any buyer in the market. A mix of townhouses, and small and large single family homes make this a great community for anyone looking to move to Gainesville, VA. The Virginia Oaks golf course that winds it's way through the community provides pristine landscaping and recreation.
While Virginia Oaks homes benefit from the community swimming pool, my Virginia Oaks buyers got a great deal on a home that had everything they wanted (formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen, large master suite, hardwood floors, main level office, etc.) AND A POOL! They paid just below it's appraised value and got the majority of their closing costs paid by the seller.

This Virginia Oaks home looks charming; the pool is a real plus.
Tom: Will make a huge difference when the trees up against the house are removed and the big ones out front are trimmed so you can actually see it.
Noticed in the comments that you mentioned the trees were being trimmed away from the home. Wonder what it looks like now.
Anne: I should drive by and take a picture of it now that it's been more than a year and see the improvements.
Congratulations. You should do more ariel shots this fall.
