It's that time again to vote for the Quad Cities Best Real Estate Agent! The competition has promised to defeat me this year so I really need your help!

City of Davenport, Iowa

Please vote for me for Best Real Estate Agent in the People Choice Awards from the Quad City Times!

To start, please go to the following site: www.quadsville.com/choice

If you are already a subscriber, please login at the top.

If you are not already a subscriber, please register at the top.

This year they are requiring that everyone vote for at least 25% of the 108 categories (which is at least 27) so please allow for about 10 minutes to complete the ballot. If you don't vote for at least 27, they won't count your ballot.

Please go to the "People" tab, then the "Best Real Estate Agent" category and vote for "Lucky Lang, Mel Foster Co.".

What's your market in Davenport/Quad Cities area like these days? Ours here in Sedona is feeling the impact of short sales and foreclosures on our pricing. The upside is it's made buyers sit up and take notice, as we've got some excellent buys available now.

Our market it very active in Davenport, Iowa!

Real Estate values are actually rising!

Last year, I sold over $10 Million of Real Estate in the Quad City area!

This year, I'm treading an increase again over that! Short sales and foreclosures have had little impact in our market. It has been more of the national news hype that has slowed things down from the level of activity in 2005. My personal sales, however, have continued to rise because I refuse to take part in the pity party! :)
