How many of us have prayed, "Dear Lord, I promise, if you give me one more good market I will not screw it up"! A friend and I had a chuckle over this mentality a week or so ago because we are all so guilty of it. Karen, you have hit on a great subject. This market will be short-lived, so get busy, stay healthy, work hard, and save your money!

I know we all have to work hard right now. I keep dreaming of a vacation, but I know that now is not the time:)

It's nice to help the first time homebuyers! I have one couple who call me almost every day because they are so excited to get into their first home. I can hardly wait to hand them their new home keys.

We're getting back to a normal market again.

It's really great.

Unfortunately we're not out of the woods with short sales.

I don't think I even want to hear the words "short sales" for at least another 20 years after they go away.

This is great!! I have to share this! What a great way to start a day!

You are tooo funny. We are really busy here in south east Florida right now. It's crazy. The real low priced inventory is all but gone...at least the properties west the Intracoastal.

Short sales are like a night mare. After a while, they go away...sometimes.

We are seeing lots of people all of a sudden in a hurry to use that $8K tax credit.
