Didja guess?speak

Uh, yeah, it's me. Oh, sure, there are lots of other people speaking at the convention, too, but I'll share a secret with you. I'm not as excited about them as I am about ME!

My topic? Surprise surprise! "Selling to Your Sphere of Influence," which, by the way, is approved for CE Credit in 18 states (see below). I get two whole hours to talk about my favorite topic - how to generate business and referrals from the people you know without making a nuisance of yourself!

Just in case you'll be in the Colorado Springs area on October 20th, I'll be at the Broadmoor Resort in "Hall A." Come see me! (or, if you can't make it, mark your calendar for October 21st to ask me how it went.)

Thanks for letting me boast a little.

Good for you, and Colorado! If I lived there, I would certainly take that course. Here in NC courses that don't DIRECTLY benefit the client or are not legal matters do not count as CE. (no course on prospecting, websites, or even helping a buyer find the perfect house can count)

Janie - Yes, indeed!

Linda - that's actually the case in most states, but the company who got my approvals designed the objectives and process to provide benefit to the client, believe it or not! I was surprised, too.

Congrats Jennifer, I know you'll do great.

A state Realtor convention huh?  I don't think we could pull it off here in Oklahoma...interesting idea though...

Jennifer, that sounds great!  NJ is not starting CE credits  until 2011, the last of the 50 states to do so.  Maybe we will see you back in NJ soon!

I usually don't attend but I will see you there this year. It is amazing how I can get information on AR before I even get it from my state association.
