I count myself as one of the lucky real estate brokers that get to drive around through the lush horse farms lined by black plank  and stone fences when I am out showing property.

This event will be the largest equestrian event ever planned in the United States and it will be the first time held outside of Europe.  

Many of these farms will be sold before this event takes place to horse lovers that plan to make Kentucky their home.
