Fairfax, CA Real Estate Market Conditions Update ~ May 2007

As of June 6, 2007 28% of available listings are in escrow, which some sources would say indicates a Buyer's Market.  Read on:

For the month of May 2007, 9 homes sold for an average final selling price of $865,333.

The average original asking price of these homes was $866,552.

These homes took an average of only 46 days to sell.

Of the 9 homes that sold, 1 sold AT the original asking price and 3 sold OVER.  One home started with an original asking price of $774,969 and sold in only 19 days for $879,000.
