Jim, I'm not shopping for SD real estate... and that photo of Zoey the Cool Cat on the back of the chair is incredible! :) :) :)
Jim,
This looks like a beautiful place to live! The pool looks so inviting! I used to live in Southern California. I grew up there. Love the San Diego area! That cat is adorable, she just seems to want to stretch out everywhere! LOL!
Have a wonderful week!
Judy
Hey, Shoshana - But if you do decide to shop for some San Diego real estate, you know that I'm available, and I'll even have Zoey the Cool Cat welcome you to San Diego and put on the best contortionist show by a kitty cat that you've ever seen. Just make sure you bring your camera and plan to say for awhile -- LOL.
Hey, Judy - And you left Southern California for Bellingham, Washington? Hmmm. Well, okay, I will freely admit that you didn't do too badly choosing Bellingham. My second-favorite national park, Olympic National Park, is not too far from you. It was my favorite until I went to Yellowstone but I'd go back to either of them in a heartbeat, especially Hurricane Ridge and the Hoh Rain Forest in Olympic.
Hey Jim - is your condo market seeing the pick up that I keep hearing about on the national news. I am in the Nashville condo market and am just not seeing any massive change since 2009.
Grant – The condo market in Mission Valley is booming right now, and has been doing well for 2-3 years now. The condo market downtown, which are all much more expensive, is still having trouble.
