Yes, I know, you have all seen the blogs about how Staging does sell a property faster and how just a few changes can make all the difference.

We did a consultation for this homeowner in April before listing.  We provided him with a detailed room by room plan to follow complete with interior and exterior color selections.  This homeowner did a great job in implementing recommended changes based on his budget.  Decluttering alone made this home shine and cost nothing but a little time. Below are some before and afters.  The home has sold already after listing in June...nuff said!

What a big difference!  As for that sunken tub...if you watch 30 Rock... like Liz Lemon says..."I want to go to there"!!!

"Nuff said". I like that, it sums it up beautifully! You can be very proud of this one.

Thanks Janelle, I went over usual time on this house because of the close to one hour driving around with the painter and my client because the painter (not my usual guy) had chosen colors he liked already.  He was there and with color swipes slapped on the wall when I showed up to do the consult; mentioned in my blog Get It Done Yesterday. He did not want to use the color direction I wanted to go with..(I'm thinkin "who's the Stager here anyway!)

I hated his colors...so...  He wanted to show the homeowner a couple of houses using his colors... in the car I went (what was I thinking!), the colors we saw looked yuk, yuk, yuk to me.  The poor homeowner was very patient, he just wanted to get it done fast and finally went with my choices. Live and learn every day in this business :)

Hi Holly, never seen 30 Rock but the homeowner did a bang up job, I never saw so many toys for one kid, I have four and felt they must be deprived after seeing just the tub!

Thanks Peg I am happy for the owner who ended up selling fast, that's always our goal right!

What a transformation! I could not tell that was a sunken tiled tub under all the toys!  What a nice home and nice recommendations you gave the clients!!  Congrats on a successful sale!

They most certainly do make all the difference, Ana! Your expertise translates well, and you didn't have to lift a finger. All sellers and agents should be so lucky to have such great advice at their disposal!
