Listings, uh huh! It's how you do it babe!

Ah! Now that I have your attention.

UGH! You crazy agents.

Getting listings is the same as meeting people, talking to friends, going out and talking to people.

My favorite places are time share resorts. If these people love to spend mega bucks to hang out in a time share resort, time and time again...they can be converted.

Really, If they vacation and spend $10K or more for vacations...it would behoove them to buy a place and use it for a deduction.

Think the Virgin Islands...if you want a connection - call me.

Or Kurt Hagmayer @ the Westin Resort in Saint John at 340-998-4900 and tell him Karen referred him.

If you want listings in the US - get out there and talk to people, find referrals from friends, neighbors, relatives, clubs, your favorite restaurants...SOCIALIZE!

People do business with people they like....getting out and doing things with new people...visiting and staying in touch with people you have done business with in the past....will bring the business...improve relationships and keep you bizzzzy...

I was out hanging with my peeps today... might have met a couple of buyers... Being "not in the office" certainly is a good step.

Karen, what works in Southern Florida doesn't necessarily work in Northern California unfortunately. We don't have any timeshares around here...but I can socialize!

Karen; I've heard it's not what you know but who you know. I'd go so far as to say it's who you know that can actually buy and sell.
