Mold

This year I attended two work shops on Mold, and they were probably two of the best Work Shops that I have attend. I never realized that there were three categories of Mold, Toxic Mold, Allegorical Mold, and the largest category General Mold.  I learned that there is mold, "Toxic Mold" that can actually be fatal.  Allegorical Mold can be the cause of many health issues, and all other Mold is covered under a catch all general category.  I also learned that mold can be eliminated through a fumigation process, so that you don't have to destroy you home by knocking down wall and tearing your house apart.  There is an effort under way to make mold more of an issue in the sale of a house, and the legal ramifications could be great.

DISCOVER TEXAS HOMES - Round Rock, TX
I sold a home to a couple this last year that had been totally remodeled and re-mediated because of Mold. The home looked brand new.  We brought in a team to check for mold and It was interesting but simple. I had never watched that done before.
