Three Consecutive Months of Home Sales Increase
'3 Months of Growth Fuel Optimism' was the sub head-line in this morning's paper
According to today's Tennessean, the AP reported that June's sales increases may mark the end of the housing slump. The article goes on to say that while prices are still falling around the country sales are increasing.
This can only mean that as the pent up supply dwindles the prices may soon follow sales and be on the rise. |
If the rest of the economy follows the housing market as predicted "recovery" may not be far away. Speaking for sales in our local Middle Tennessee market, Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin and Spring Hill, I can't remember the last time I have seen such an increase.
