3 Comments on Are "Homemade" Virtual Tours Effective?
Business seems to go to the company or person who makes it most convinient to buy a product or service. Virtual home tours, in my mind, are the way to go and a great way to eliminate undesired properties without spending the time and gas money to see the property first hand.
Go for it.
Don't feel bad, I'm always the last on board too... I'm just learning how to use my cellphone. LOL
Michael, I've been doing community tours just by taking photos with my digital camera, adding text to them and uploading to slide.com. You can check out my blog for my most recent slide tours. It's really easy to do and FREE. For my listings, I also just take digital photos, upload to my Point2 Agent website and a Virtual Tour is created. You don't even need a camcorder.
