Creating a business plan is the first step an individual should take when decide to create a business.  Many new agents and even experience one felt to do this part.  If the market is hot, they overlook the importance of creating a successful plan.

New agents should start by analysing the market not only in their area but also national to understand and see how it can impact their business.  Once, the market analysis have been done then should proceed to concentrate in their farming area.  by doing these analysis, they will be alert to trends in the market.  Most of the time, the new agent decide to send a postcard to their farming area once, and overestimated the value of it.  It is important to create a section on the business plan to marketing.  If you have a complete year of marketing ideas and have prepare to cover the cost, then your campaign will be of Success.  My suggestion find a good program and start writing your business plan today, and you will overcome.

Experience Agents, must also review their business plan each year.  The most important part will be to recognize the previous year as the starting point.  Compare the market before and after.  Create your new campaign adjusting to the new market trends.
