Okay so I have only had a couple of agents follow me over to Solutions Real Estate. Not exactly a flock of agents, still, I got another call yesterday from an agent looking for "solutions". I don't think it is over.

This agent wanted to know what I liked and what I didn't like about Solutions Real Estate. For the most part, I like everything. There is a nice office, a work area for agents, conference rooms. The office is clean, the broker is smart and the owner is a Mustang.

Yes. I said Mustang. You know, a wild, free-spirited, athletic, (okay, I could be stretching it now, no offense Dave), horse. That is Dave Dion...the Borg I told you about in a previous post. He is persistent. And yeah, he is a bit untamed. Of course, that is what I like best about him. He will take a risk when others sit back and "think". He will move while others are still evaluating the opportunity. So guess what? He gets the most of the opportunity.

Sort of like that movie, Night at the Museum. When they ask 'The Thinker' a question and he says, "I'm thinking. I'm thinking. I'm thinking."

Finally, the main character says something about moving on as they aren't getting anything out of this guy. Dave knows when to move on and he knows that once a thinker, always a thinker. He hires good people that do what they do quite well.

Yeah, you have to choose and move. There comes a time in your life where you just have to jump in and do it. It is Nike's winning formula for crying out loud! Just Do It! This slogan works because most of us know that we need to just get out there and do. So....that is why I like the owner, he is a do-er.

So, if you are looking to come to Solutions Real Estate, you are welcome to call me about it. I will talk and I will listen, ultimately you will hear me say, "JUST FREAKING DO IT."After all, there is not much in this world that can't be fixed. Don't worry so much about making a mistake, just fix it and keep moving. It is better to make a mistake down the road than to never even be on the road in the first place.
