Many members of Active Rain do not realize the potential and value in the 'Re-Blog' feature here.  Some of our fellow members do not even know that re-blogging is an option.  Let's just take a second and look in the upper corner of this post, there you will find the little. button that looks like this:

Sometimes, you read a post and think to yourself, "Wow that is a great post.  I think the people who read MY blog would really enjoy that information."  or "Wow, that is great content.  I would love to have that content reposted on MY own outside blog or website."  Well that is easily achieved.

Simply click the little button and the original post gets copied in its entirety, with credit to the author, and then printed on your own blog.  It can then be seen by your readers.  If you have an outside blog or a website that your content travels to, the content appears there too.  This can be a fantastic way of sharing information and getting valuable and innovative content onto your own sites.

Now here is the BONUS!  You actually get AR points just for reblogging!  For all of you who have trouble coming up with original content or even enough content to keep your blog and website interesting, reblogging is your answer.  With the number of posts that I see from people who are having trouble finding time to get good content up and on their sites, this blog post on re-blogging could become the most re-blogged post on Active Rain!
