If you like country living and the peaceful and quite mornings that are commonplace here, then you will love
the lifestyle that the "Temecula Wine Country" has to offer.
The "Temecula Wine Country" really begins after Butterfield Stage Road in Temecula. After Butterfield Stage the zoning requires 5 acre minimums.
Many of the homes are on parcels larger than 5 acres and many have horse facilities.
The communities of Glen Oaks and Oakridge Ranches have riding trails that are maintained by the Homeowners associations.

The surrounding areas of Oakridge Ranches have many homes for sale that are not within the limits of the Homeowners Association.
So, if you like the idea of not living within the boundaries of an Association then there are many homes available outside of the Association limits.
Temecula Wine Country Homes usually begin in the $500,000 price range. This one to the left has an asking price of $525,000.
Peaceful country living but only minutes from shopping and freeways!

"Temecula Custom Homes", like this Santa Barbara style home can even be found in the Temecula Wine Country. This beautiful home has a little over 4000 sq. ft. and was built "green".
There have never been so many opportunities to own one of these beautiful million dollar homes for the current market prices we are seeing at almost half.

That Santa Barbara home is beautiful. The white fence on the other home, not so much. We have a place here, Blossom Valley, that has large lots but every lot is surrounded by that type of white fence, usually a plastic fence that melts in the wildfires.
