PALM CITYS HORSE TALK presents JOHN WAYNE, a yearling and in competition at the AMERICAN WARMBLOOD SOCIETY JUDGING.

My last article brought you an ariticle about windswept legs that can happening in breeding horses.  That article was all about John Wayne and his struggle to make it after birth. I ran across this picture of John Wayne being judged and later getting a ribbon from  the American WarmBlood Society.  This horse remained a stallion as long as he lived on our farm.   I hope you enjoy seeing what patience, TLC, and a lot of prayers can do.  He was really a sweetheart.

This next photo is John Wayne when he was born.  By the way, the night before John Wayne was born, I watched the biography of the actor, John Wayne, and that is how he got his name.
