I Am Tired of Talking About The Weather But You Have To See This! Stayton Oregon

It's a big topic in Oregon as record setting temperatures are the talk of the town. Cooling centers have been opened at both the Stayton Library, 515 First St and the Stayton Community Center, 400 W. Virginia Street. They will be open again tomorrow. Folks are being asked to check on their neighbors and relatives, especially those with special needs and the elderly.

We have a large time and temperature sign at our Prudential office and it was reporting this record breaking temperature! Just goes to show, we aren't the only one's that can't take the heat.

Aw heck, by the time you convert that into metric so us Canadians can understand it, I would have to put on 2 pair of socks! Probably time to put the snow shovel away for 2 months.
